Psychoeducation refers to the process of providing education and information to those seeking or receiving mental health services including in some cases, their family members. The goal is to help people better understand and adapt to mental health conditions. It is consider an essential aspect of all therapy programs. Also, our trainings and conferences promote psycho-education awareness, prevention and management tools for several situations and conditions such as marriage and family relationships, parenting classes, emotional abuse, self-esteem, spiritual conflicts, and adjustment to separation or divorce and life transitions, among others.
